Music Recommendation

More like, why is this album not known by more people?! This is more than a recommendation. I am on a mission to restore the order of society and show people what they didn't know they needed in their music library! 

Feeling Electric//by Parade of Lights

Parade of Lights is the sweetest little band, they've been nothing but kind to me on Twitter. Their debut album is easily one of my most favorites in the world. The electronic-influence and the epic transitions between each song will have you off your feet and smiling by the end of the album no doubt. 

I found them scrolling through Apple Music a few months ago. It was released in 2015. I saw the gorgeous stars on the cover and as you know if anything has to do with outer space I am probably up it's ass. I clicked play and the intro "////" started playing and from that moment forward I knew my life had just changed forever. (I will also have you know that I am a sucker for things like intro's and interludes in an album, it just makes the album seem like a narrative). 

It is absolutely impossible to choose a favorite song. I love every single one. And whenever I think I've decided on a favorite, the next song starts to play. The lyrics make me think and they are so beautiful. The title of the album is exactly how I feel when I listen to it. I feel electric. I feel like suddenly I exist as light, and it is the most amazing feeling in the world. It is just so well done and very under appreciated. I want the whole world to hear this album. Please do yourself a favor and give this album a listen. Its perfect for a road trip. 

Dear Parade of Lights, thank you for existing and making music. I can't wait to see what you do next!
